WATERCOLOR 2: Sunsets

December 5, 2025 - We used watercolor during art time today to paint a sunset scene. We envisioned ourselves sitting on the beach with a canvas and a brush, looking out over the water of the lake and enjoying the setting sun. We see all the pretty warm colors of the sky and the reflection on the water. We see islands and we see palm trees. We used the graded wash with two colors technique we learned last time and created our own sunset masterpiece. It was an enjoyable time.
