"TOP TEN" CHALLENGE
Anthony Madison, a.k.a. Tony Baloney, loves the Late Show with David Letterman. He will stop at nothing to get himself on the program. To get from Kansas City to New York City, he creates "Top 10 Lists" to send to Letterman. He tries to impress Letterman by doing tricks and stunts that gets him in trouble with his teacher and principal.
August/September - For the 1st Trimester, our class read and analyzed a book called The Top 10 Ways to Ruin the First Day of 5th Grade. After finish reading the story, we were divided into 6 groups and went through a Jeopardy Game, a Kahoot Challenge, and a Quizizz competition. After three rounds, TEAM LETTERMAN: Zavier, Izayah, Jax, Brooklyn, and Jayden C. narrowly won the grand prize, which is $30 class money, a medal, a brand new book, the coveted Golden Pineapple Award, and a picture on the class "Wall of Fame."
